MP Vyapam Jail Prahari Exam 2020: MP Vyapam is going to conduct the MPPEB Jail Prahari 2020 exam from 20 to 29 November 2020. MPPEB (Vyapam) issued the exam day guidelines for all the candidates who have to appear for the exam. As per the Profesional Examination Board (MPPEB) exam day guidelines, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, aspirants need to keep in mind a few important things to ensure the safety of themselves as well as others in the surrounding. In this article, we are going to share the Official Guidelines for MPPEB Jail Pahari exam day guidelines for all the candidates who are ready to appear in the exam
The examination is being conducted to fill 282 vacancies of MP Jail Prahari Karyapalik. In view of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country, Vyapam (PEB) has released important guidelines for the safety of the candidates appearing in the exam. Here are the guidelines:

MP Jail Prahari Exam Day Official Advisory for candidates regarding covid-19
PEB will implement Social Distancing measures as per the Government of India guidelines in the current scenario of COVID-19 to ensure health &safety of the candidates. Adequate measures are implemented for safety of all without compromising the high standards, sanctity, and fairness in conduct of the examination. Candidates are also required to adhere to guidelines and new processes for Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure safety &health of their own and fellow candidates.
(PEB, उम्मीदवारों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए COVID-19 के वर्तमान परिदृश्य में भारत सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग(सामाजिक दूरी) के उपायों को लागू करेगा। परीक्षा के संचालन में उच्च मानकों और निष्पक्षता से समझौता किए बिना, सभी की सुरक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त उपाय लागू किए गए हैं। उम्मीदवारों को अपने स्वयं के और साथी उम्मीदवारों की सुरक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सामाजिक दूरदर्शिता और स्वच्छता के लिए दिशानिर्देशों और नई प्रक्रिया का पालन करना आवश्यक है।)
For safety purposes, PEB strongly advises candidates not to bring anything other than permitted items. However, in case of unavoidable situation, there will be arrangement to store the bags at centres at owner’s risk.
(सुरक्षा उद्देश्यों के लिए, PEB उम्मीदवारों को दृढ़ता से सलाह देता है कि वे अनुमति प्राप्त वस्तुओं के अलावा कुछ भी न लाएं। हालांकि, अपरिहार्य स्थिति के मामले में, यदि अभ्यर्थी अपने जोखिम पर केंद्रों में बैग जमा करवाता है तो व्यवस्था होगी।)
Preparation at center
1. Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safety precautions and for maintaining required standard of hygiene are getting implemented.
(सुरक्षा सावधानियों को लागू करने और स्वच्छता के लिए आवश्यक मानक बनाए रखने के लिए, मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाएं कार्यान्वित की जा रही हैं।)
2. Before each shift starts (and after last shift of the candidate) Seating Area will be thoroughly sanitized – monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and the chair. All door handles, staircase railing, lift buttons, etc will be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present at the venue) will be disinfected.
(प्रत्येक पारी शुरू होने से पहले (और उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम पारी के बाद) बैठने की जगह को पूरी तरह से सेनेटाइजर किया जाएगा – (मॉनिटर, कीबोर्ड, माउस, वेब कैमरा, डेस्क और कुर्सी)। सभी दरवाज़े के हैंडल, सीढ़ी की रेलिंग, लिफ्ट के बटन आदि को कीटाणुरहित(डिसइंफेक्ट) किया जाएगा। व्हीलचेयर (यदि कार्यक्रम स्थल पर मौजूद हो) को कीटाणुरहित(डिसइंफेक्ट) किया जाएगा।
3. Gap between 2 seats will be maintained as per GOI guidelines.
(भारत सरकार के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार 2 सीटों के बीच गैप रखा जाएगा।)
4. Hand Sanitizer will be available at entry and inside the exam venue at various places for candidates and centre staff to use.
(हैंड सेनेटाइजर प्रवेश और परीक्षा स्थल के अंदर विभिन्न स्थानों पर उम्मीदवारों और केंद्र के कर्मचारियों के लिए उपलब्ध होंगे।)
5. Rough sheets will be kept at all desks before start of exam by invigilators wearing gloves to ensure hygiene.
(स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दस्ताने पहनने वाले पर्यवेक्षकों द्वारा परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले सभी शीट पर रफ़ कॉपी/शीट को रखा जाएगा।)
6. It is ensured that all the processes are touch free to ensure Social Distancing norms. (यह सुनिश्चित किया जाता है कि सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग मानदंडों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी प्रक्रियाएं सही हैं।)
7. Candidate to reach centre as per the Reporting/Entry time at Centre given in the Admit Card to avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.
(किसी भी भीड़ से बचने और सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखने के लिए एडमिट कार्ड में दिए गए केंद्र में रिपोर्टिंग / प्रवेश समय के अनुसार अभ्यर्थी को पहुचना होगा)
Pre-Exam Preparation (परीक्षा पूर्व तैयारी)
1. Candidate to check Reporting/ Entry time at Centre given in the Admit Card and to reach centre as per Reporting time only to avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.
(उम्मीदवार एडमिट कार्ड में दिए गए रिपोर्टिंग / प्रवेश समय की जांच करके समय के अनुसार केंद्र तक पहुंचे, प्रवेश के समय केंद्र पर किसी भी भीड़ से बचें और सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखे|)
2. In case of candidate with scribe, both the candidate and the scribe must bring their own mask. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue:
(लेखनसहायक के साथ उम्मीदवार के मामले में, उम्मीदवार और लेखनसहायक दोनों को अपना अपना मास्क लाना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को उनके साथ केवल कुछ वस्तुओं को कार्यक्रम स्थल में ले जाने की अनुमति होगी:)
• Exam related documents (Admit Card, ID card, etc. Please refer Admit Card for more details)
(परीक्षा से संबंधित दस्तावेज,एडमिट कार्ड, आईडी कार्ड आदि। कृपया अधिक जानकारी के लिए एडमिट कार्ड देखें)
• A simple transparent Ball Point Pen
(एक साधारण पारदर्शी बॉल प्वाइंट पेन )
• Additional photograph, to be pasted on attendance sheet
(अतिरिक्त तस्वीर, उपस्थिति पत्रक पर चिपकाया जाना )
• Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
(व्यक्तिगत हैंड सेनेटाइजर (50 ml).)
• Personal transparent water bottle
(व्यक्तिगत पारदर्शी पानी की बोतल)
At time of Entry (एंट्री के समय)
1. Candidates need to maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other at all the time. Queue manager / ropes and Floor Marks will be arranged outside the centre, follow the instructions provided by centre staff.
(उम्मीदवारों को हर समय एक दूसरे से कम से कम 6 फीट की जगह बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता होगी। केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए, केंद्र के बाहर कतार प्रबंधक / रस्सियों और फ़्लोर मार्क्स की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।)
2. Lab number will not be displayed outside the centre to avoid any crowding at any one place in any situation.
(किसी भी स्थिति में किसी भी स्थान पर भीड़ से बचने के लिए केंद्र के बाहर लैब नंबर प्रदर्शित नहीं किया जाएगा)
3. Candidates will be required to sanitize hands by washing with soap and with Hand Sanitizer before entry in centre. Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in the centre.
(अभ्यर्थियों को केंद्र में प्रवेश करने से पहले साबुन और हैंड सेनेटाइजर से हाथ धोने की आवश्यकता होगी। सेंटर में विभिन्न स्थानों पर हैंड सैनिटाइजर उपलब्ध होंगे।)
4. Candidate should bring duly filled in Admit card as per instructions.
( उम्मीदवार को निर्देश के अनुसार एडमिट कार्ड में विधिवत(डिटेल्स) भरा हुआ लाना होगा।)
5. At time of entry, the filled in Undertaking on Admit Card, and body temperature (using Thermo Guns) will be checked and centre staff will guide you to respective labs after scanning bar code at Admit Card. Candidates are required to strictly adhere to instructions provided by centre staff.
(प्रवेश के समय, एडमिट कार्ड पर स्वघोषणा और शरीर का तापमान (थर्मो गन्स) की जाँच की जाएगी और केंद्र कर्मचारी प्रवेश पत्र पर बार कोड स्कैन करने के बाद आपको संबंधित लैब के लिए मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। उम्मीदवारों को केंद्र के कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रदान किए गए निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करना आवश्यक है।)
6. Please observe that no-one will be denied permission to appear for examination, until he/ she violates the covid-19 directives/advisories of Government (Central/State) applicable on the day of exam and instructions mentioned in the Admit Card.
(कृपया ध्यान दें कि यदि कोई परीक्षा के दिन प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लेखित सरकार (केंद्रीय / राज्य) के covid-19 निर्देशों / सलाह का उल्लंघन करता है तो उसे परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी|)
During Examination (परीक्षा के दौरान)
1. Five A4 size sheets will be kept at each candidate’s desk for use by candidate for Rough work. If Additional sheets are required for rough work by the candidate, the same shall be made available on demand.
(रफ़ कार्य के लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा उपयोग के लिए प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार के डेस्क पर पांच A-4 आकार की कॉपी /शीट रखी जाएंगी। यदि उम्मीदवार द्वारा रफ़ काम के लिए अतिरिक्त शीट की आवश्यकता होती है, तो उसे मांग पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।)
2. Before each shift starts (and after last shift of the candidate) Seating Area will be thoroughly sanitized – monitor keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and the chair. Candidates can further sanitize the same with sanitizers that will be made available in the examination lab/room/hall.
(प्रत्येक पारी शुरू होने से पहले (और उम्मीदवार की अंतिम पारी के बाद) बैठने की जगह को पूरी तरह से साफ कर दिया जाएगा – मॉनिटर कीबोर्ड, माउस, वेब कैमरा, डेस्क और कुर्सी। अभ्यर्थी आगे भी सैनेटाइज़र से उपरोक्त वस्तुओ को सैनेटाइज़ कर सकते हैं जो परीक्षा प्रयोगशाला / कमरे / हॉल में उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। )
3. Candidates are required to sign on the Attendance sheet after sanitizing hands with sanitizer.
(सेनेटाइजर से हैंड सेनेटाइज करने के बाद अभ्यर्थियों को उपस्थिति पत्रक में हस्ताक्षर करना होगा| )
After Examination (परीक्षा के बाद)
1. On completion of a shift, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time. Please wait for instructions from invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised.
(एक पारी के पूरा होने पर, उम्मीदवारों को एक समय में एक क्रमबद्ध तरीके से बाहर जाने की अनुमति होगी। कृपया अन्वेषक के निर्देशों की प्रतीक्षा करें एवं तब तक सीट से न उठें।)
2. Candidate must drop the Admit Card and Rough Sheets in the advised boxes after displaying to the staff available next to drop box. If any candidate misses to drop Admit Card or Rough Sheets in boxes, action (which also includes disqualification from the exam) can be taken against him.
(उम्मीदवार को ड्रॉप बॉक्स के पास उपलब्ध कर्मचारियों को प्रदर्शित करने के बाद एडमिट कार्ड और रफ शीट्स को सलाह बक्से में छोड़ना होगा। अगर कोई भी उम्मीदवार बॉक्स में एडमिट कार्ड या रफ शीट्स छोड़ने से चूक जाता है, तो उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा सकती है| (जिसमें परीक्षा से अयोग्य भी शामिल है)
