NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST [ NEET (UG) – 2021] will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday, the 12 September 2021 (Sunday) in Pen and Paper mode in 13 languages, as a uniform entrance examination for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental /AYUSH and other Colleges/ Deemed Universities /Institutes (AIIMS & JIPMER) in India.
Candidate Can Change/ update the following details in the application correction window of NEET 2021:
- Personal details: Name, date of birth, father’s/mother’s name, gender, eligibility for 15 per cent AIQ, ID card details, nationality, birthplace, medium of question paper, NEET exam centre preferences
- Contact details: Permanent, correspondence address and contact details
- Academic details Class 10 and Class 11: board name, name of school/college/institution/university, year of passing, percentage of marks obtained
- Academic details Class 12: board name, school name & address, place, school location details, qualifying examination code, passing year, percentage of marks obtained, roll number

Note: Before starting with the correction process, candidates must note that this is a one-time facility only, hence, they must use this window judiciously.
Step 1. Go to the official website @neet.nta.nic.in or the Direct link given in this Article.
Step 2. Make the desired changes to NEET 2021 application form
Step 3. Check the details that have been modified
Step 4. Enter the security pin
Step 5. Enter the 6-digit OTP received on the registered mobile number
Step 6. Save and print the NEET 2021 correction slip for future use.
How to Correct the Image in NEET Application Form 2021?
Step 1. Go to nta.neet.ac.in
Step 2. Click on ‘NEET candidate login’
Step 3. Enter the NEET 2021 application ID and password
Step 4. From the panel on the left, choose ‘Correction in documents’
Step 5. Upload the correct passport-size/postcard-sized photograph and signature
