NEET 2023-24 New Rules and Regulations Update: कक्षा 12वीं में बायोलॉजी विषय लेने वाले स्टूडेंट मेडिकल पढ़ाई के लिए नीट परीक्षा में बैठते हैं, अब नीट एग्जाम (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) में बैठने के लिए स्टूडेंट्स को बड़ी राहत दी गई है. दरअसल नेशनल मेडिकल कमिशन (NMC) ने कुछ नए नियम लागू किए हैं. नीट परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए अब स्टूडेंट पर न्यूनतम अंक की बाध्यता नहीं होगी यानी कि पासिंग परसेंटेज के आधार पर वे नीट परीक्षा में आसानी से बैठ पाएंगे.

इसके साथ ही नेशनल मेडिकल कमीशन (MNC) द्वारा उम्र के प्रावधान में भी संशोधन कर 1 माह की अवधि बढ़ा दी गई है. इस संशोधन के मुताबिक 31 जनवरी तक स्टूडेंट की आयु 17 साल की पूरी होनी चाहिए. ज्यादा से ज्यादा स्टूडेंट परीक्षा में बैठ जाएं इसलिए यह नए संशोधन किए गए हैं. मेडिकल कॉलेज में प्रवेश के बाद अधिकतम 9 वर्ष में एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई खत्म करना जरूरी होगा.
नियमों के उल्लंघन पर मेडिकल कॉलेजों पर लगेगा तगड़ा जुर्माना
नए संशोधनों के अंतर्गत मेडिकल कॉलेजों पर भी नए नियम लागू किए गए हैं जिसके मुताबिक कॉलेज अगर स्टूडेंट्स को काउंसलिंग के अलावा किसी अन्य तरीके से एडमिशन देता है तो कॉलेज को 1 करोड़ रुपए या पूरे पाठ्यक्रम के दौरान लिए जाने वाली फीस को बतौर जुर्माना भरना होगा. यदि कॉलेज दूसरी बार यह करते पाया जाता है तो जुर्माने के साथ ऐसी सीटों की संख्या का 2 गुना हटा दी जाएगी.
काउंसलिंग में समान रैंक की स्थिति में ऐसे होगा चयन
नीट परीक्षा में सफल हुए दो या दो से अधिक कैंडिडेट की समान रेंक आती है तो फिजिक्स के बाद केमिस्ट्री और बायोलॉजी में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर वरीयता दी जाएगी, यदि अंक भी बराबर होते हैं तो कंप्यूटर के जरिए ड्रॉ निकालकर कैंडिडेट को चयनित किया जाएगा.
एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई के पांचवे साल देना होगा नेशनल एग्जिट टेस्ट (NEXT)
NMC ने साल 2024 के लिए नेशनल एग्जैक्ट ट्रस्ट (NEXT) को लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है यह टेस्ट मेडिकल स्टूडेंट को एमबीबीएस के पांचवे साल में देना होगा, इस टेस्ट को पास करने वाले स्टूडेंट को पीजी के लिए अलग से इंट्रेंस टेस्ट देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी. यह नियम विदेशों से मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कर कर आए हुए कैंडिडेट पर भी लागू होंगे.
